That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. • ALL sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds or exchanges due to sanitary and health reasons. 

• To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment and/ or suite number if applicable. 


• We only ship to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses maybe  cancelled.


• Please allow for 1-2 business days for shipping confirmation via email. 

• Orders will be sent using CanadaPost. Shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days (excludes holidays and the weekend).

• Once packages are received by CanadaPost, we are no longer responsible for the package. CanadaPost is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-866-607-6301).
