ALL sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds or exchanges due to sanitary and health reasons.
To expedite shipping process please be sure to include apartment and/ or suite number if applicable.
We only ship to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses maybe cancelled.
Please allow for 1-2 business days for shipping confirmation via email.
Orders will be sent using CanadaPost. Shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days (excludes holidays and the weekend).
Once packages are received by CanadaPost, we are no longer responsible for the package. CanadaPost is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-866-607-6301).
